Eligibility
The vehicle owner and/or his/or her representative, who voluntarily takes out this insurance.

Scope of Coverage
PTI shall indemnify the vehicle owner in respect of any physical damage caused by a sudden and unexpected accident that is beyond the vehicle owner’s control in the following events:
Collision, crash, overturning, toppling
Fire, explosion
Acts of God: Storms, floods, lightning strikes, landslides.
Impact by other objects.
Total loss of the car due to theft or robbery.
Accidents caused by any other unexpected perils in addition to the exclusions defined in the Policy Wording.
PTI also pays any expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred:
To avert and mitigate losses;
To tow the damaged vehicle to the nearest garage, but in exceed VND20,000,000 VND/accident, VAT excluded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
To survey the loss.

Eligibility
The driver, driver assistant and any passengers on the car (referred to as the Insured Person)

Scope of Coverage
Any bodily injury sustained by the driver or driver assistant caused by an accident directly related to the use of the car.
Any bodily injury suffered by a passenger caused by an accident while sitting on or getting on or off the car.

Scope of Coverage
PTI provides coverage for the vehicle owner’s liability to the goods owner in respect of any loss of or damage to the goods carried thereon under the Civil Code in the case of any collision, crash, overturning, toppling, falling; sinking; fire, explosion; impact by any other objects and any act of God, including storms, floods, landslides, lightning strikes, earthquakes, hailstorms and tsunamis;
In addition, PTI also pays any expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred:
To avert and mitigate losses to the goods.
To maintain, load and upload, store the goods in warehouses or open spaces during the transportation as a consequence of an accident.

Eligibility
The vehicle owner and/or his/or her representative, who voluntarily takes out this insurance.

Scope of Coverage
Loss of life, bodily injury or property damage sustained by a third party caused by the vehicle.
Loss of life or bodily injury suffered by passengers under the passenger transportation contract and caused by the vehicle.
When the vehicle owner takes out voluntary civil liability insurance, clause 4 of section II of Circular 151/2012/TT-BTC dated September 12, 2012 by the Minister of Finance is amended as follows:
In respect of compulsory liability to a third party or passenger (VND70,000,000/person/occurrence), PTI shall pay the third party or passenger according to the benefit table as issued with the Circular No. 151/2012/TT-BTC.
In respect of any liability in excess of compulsory liability to a third party or passenger (over VND70.000.000/person/occurrence), PTI shall pay the vehicle owner any amount for which he/she is held liable as calculated based on the driver’ or the vehicle owner’s fault in the accident.

Any other provisions and conditions as set out in the vehicle owners’ compulsory civil liability insurance policy wording, issued together with Circular No. 126/2008/TT-BTC dated December 22, 2008 and Circular No. 151/2012/TT-BTC dated September 12, 2012 by the Minister of Finance remain unchanged.
