14. Entry of sea, lake or river water into vessel, craft, hold, conveyance, container, liftvan or place of storage
15. Total loss of any package lost overboard or dropped whilst loading on to, or unloading from, vessel or craft

19. Any other risks (theft, pilferage, non-delivery, breakage, etc.)

ELIGIBILITY:

Inherent vice or nature of the subject-matter insured (latent defects);
Ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume, or ordinary wear and tear of the subject-matter insured;
Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing;
Delay or loss of market;
Unseaworthiness of vessel or craft;
Insolvency or financial default of the owners, managers, charterers or operators of the vessel.
Any willful misconduct of the Assured.

Goods transported within the territory of Vietnam
Containers transported within the territory of Vietnam
Means of conveyance being sunk overturned capsized fallen down or stranded; collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with any other external object or derailment;
Blowing down of trees, collapse of bridges or tunnels and other structures;
Conveying vehicles being missing;
General average sacrifice.

Fire or explosion;
Earthquake, typhoon, inundation, cyclone, tsunami and lightning;
Means of conveyance being sunk overturned capsized fallen down or stranded, collision or contact of conveyance with any other external object or derailment;
Blowing down of trees, collapse of bridges or tunnels and other structures;
Conveying vehicles being missing;
General average sacrifice.

War, strike, civil war, revolution, rebellion insurrection, or civil strife, mines, torpedoes, bombs or other weapons of war;
Direct or indirect consequence of radiation or radiation contamination arising from the use of atomic energy or nuclear fission and/or fusion or like reaction or radioactive matter;
Willful misconduct or unlawful act of the Assured or his servants;
Any loss, damage or expense caused by inherent vice or nature of goods insured;
Overloading;
Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or loading of goods in damaged conditions;
Ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume, or ordinary wear and tear of goods insured;
Unseaworthiness of vessel or craft;
Loss, damage or expense proximately caused by delay, even though the delay be caused by a risk insured against;
Any damage to goods before the inception date of the policy;
Goods are to be forwarded to a destination other than that to which they are insured hereunder.

The carrier’ liability of under any contract of carriage and its liability to third parties not named in the contract
