The shipbuilder’s liability for the ship itself and to any third party during the shipbuilding process 

 Scope of Coverage

• Hull and machinery

• Collision liability

• General average expenses and salvage charges

Exclusions

• Any willful act of the Assured

• War, strikes, riots

• Nuclear, chemical, biochemical or electromagnetic weapons

• Software data damage

• Loss of life or bodily injury suffered by passengers under the passenger transportation contract and caused by the vehicle.
