Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI) and Mai Linh Dong Do Joint Stock Company, which co-own the Open99 taxi brand, officially signed an agreement to provide Trip Insurance on April 16, 2018 in Hanoi.

Trip Insurance is a combination of passenger transportation services via the Open99 application and an insurance product offered by PTI, under which insurance benefits are closely linked to each trip. Trip Insurance is a unique product for customers when booking a taxi and having agreed to take out trip insurance through the Open99 application.

In addition, when booking a taxi using the Ope99 application from April 16, 2018 to May 16, 2018, customers will be provided with premium-free trip insurance and many other privileges and may be paid up to VND200 million/person in case of any accident.

Notably, PTI is committed to offering more exclusive benefits to customers on any taxi booked via the Open99 application such as: settlement of claims within three days from the receipt of complete claim documents.
