PTI launches healthcare claims settlement center

Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI) has opened a healthcare claims settlement center at its head office at 4A Lang Ha Street, Hanoi. The center is set up to specialize the claims settlement process, thereby ensuring that claims are settled transparently and quickly. This is a next step in PTI’s plan to improve customer service this year.
The center will administer and manage the settlement of healthcare claims, which are grouped in three geographical areas, namely the North, the Central Region, and the South. It also receives information, gives advice and answers all questions from customers about healthcare insurance products. In addition, the center assesses and adds new high-quality hospitals to the current direct billing network in order to offer patients with optimal medical services.
PTI is currently one of the leading insurers in the local market and specializes in offering comprehensive healthcare and student insurance products, such as PTI Care and many others, which are highly appreciated by its customers. The Corporation is providing these products to large groups such as FPT, Maritime Bank and LienVietPostBank.
